Mr. Paul Turner - Protagonist
Mr. Jonathan Kaminsky - President
Mr. Anton Marcus - Vice President
Mr. Greg Smith - Snake
Mr. Justin Parker - Paul friend
A room in a building. Two man are talking one is listening.
Mr. Turner: There are two issues here. One is personal and one is professional. The professional side of this story says that this guy is not mature to run the business. Did you get it?
Mr. Kaminsky: What do you want me to do?
Mr. Turner: I won't say one word about what you should do. You are the president and you will take your decision. You know what I mean? I will give all the information to take the decision you want because I don't want no one in this company will think it was a decision I wanted.
Mr. Kaminsky: But if you are talking is because there something you would like to see happen. Am I right?
Mr. Turner: Yes of course. But it won't never come out of my mouth. Everything you need to know is that when you chose your people you are taking a decision on how you want to run the business. Am I saying something wrong?
Mr. Kaminsky: ... no.
Mr. Turner: You are the president and I need to trust you, I have no choice! I need to trust you but if I see you on a wrong way I also need to see you take a decision and change the way you are walking. What I tell you now is that some time is possible to play the game as he likes but some times not. We are the little fish in the pool, thats' it!
Mr. Kaminsky: It is happening, isn't it? (he turn the face to see Marcus)
Mr. Turner: I let you think about it, right? ( he turns around to leave the room)
Mr. Kaminsky: What about the personal?
Mr. Turner: The personal what?
Mr. Kaminsky: Don't play with me Paul.
... silent ...
Mr Turner: I tell you some ... even better I ask you something. Do you have any ... idea how long did I take to create a good reputation about myself? 5 years! I worked hard every single day, hard like walk with a stone in the shoe. I ask you some again. Do you know what was my first mission when I joined in that company? I was ... in charge ... of the paper archive! Does it seem a joke?
Mr. Kaminsky: silent (look at Turner with open eyes and no movement in the face)
Mr. Turner: It is not. I know it sounds like ... (with very low voice) it is not . I was the man of the paper archive in the biggest IT company in the world.
Mr Kaminsky: silent (keep going listening with no movement)
Mr. Turner: A room like that, with paper records for 800 hundred employees and even though was empty for two part out of three. You took a person in a completely different position and it all happened in five years so I need to know that I'm still in the right company because I won't let anybody to destroy what I build year after year, nor him neither you.
